Hello.

My name is Sylvain Petitjean. I am an exchange student at the University
of Illinois. I am now involved in a Master of Science program, and I wish
I could make a MBA after that. Suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy,
I was wondering whether anyone of you has ever heard of scholarships that
could be offered to disabled foreign people studying in the States by
state rehabilitation agencies (or else). In the past, I have seen some
announcements of scholarships for handicapped people, but they were only 
accepting applications from American citizens, or at least from full-time
residents.

Any lead will be appreciated.
