Could someone please help me?

Some of you may be aware that the University of Waterloo is famous for
its denial of the alt.sex.<fav. group> tree for various false reasons.

I would like to read some of these groups elsewhere via NNTP, but
I have no idea what this is, really. Nor do I know how to enable it.

Just that it is tied to rrn in some way.

Could someone explain to me step by step how to do this? I would really
appreciate it.

I have heard that rrn/rn software here has been modified to prevent
reading news from alternate sources. Is there any way I can tell
that this has been done?
