	I've recently been having problems using NNTP 1.5.11 talking to a
nntpd version 1.5.7,  the error message is as follows

nntpsend.sh: [26721] begin ne3005
nntpxmit: ne3005 improper response to IHAVE: 400 while offering /usr/spool/news/sci/skeptic/575
nntpxmit: ne3005 stats 1 offered 0 accepted 0 rejected 0 failed
nntpxmit: ne3005 xmit user 1.450 system 0.750 elapsed 10.000
nntpsend.sh: [26721] end ne3005

	I'm afraid I have know idea what is likely to be causing this problem
other than something that was done at configuration,  can any anybody give
me a clue as to where to start looking.
