I am currently taking a biology class in human nutrition and have to write a
paper on a nutrition book, preferably one that has appeared in the last three
or four years.  
	Can anyone make any suggestions on what books to try?  The more
controversial the book, the better, for the professor wants us to rip a
nutritional theory to shreds, so a controversial idea would be preferable.
