G'day world!

I am looking for a source (or sources) of UV-sensitive photo-diodes which
should ideally work down to 200 nm.

The diodes are needed for monitoring solar UVR as part of my final year
Electronic Engineering Design project. So far I have found one source
(United Detector Technologies) but I just want to make sure there aren't
any others.
