You can snag a copy from SIMTEL20 at:
PD1: <MSDOS.GRAPHICS> GRAFWK51.ZIP

And, while you're at it, also snag the following:
PD1: <MSDOS.GRAPHICS> ALCHMY14.ZIP
PD1: <MSDOS.FILEDOCS> SIMIBM.ARC

ALCHMY14 will also convert graphics files from one format to
another. It's shareware and costs $80. The version available from
SIMTEL 20 is limited to graphics sizes 640x400x256 colors.

SIMIBM.ARC contains the latest index for SIMTEL20.
