	I'm in the process of organizing a wedding as we speak.  Here's what we
used:

To brainstorm : PC Outline
Invitation Database (Addresses, Likelihoods, gift tracking) : PC-File 5.0
Financial : Quatro Pro

Tied it all together with a menu system using Hyperpad.

We tried Microsoft Project for Windows: Found it too full of features to get
anything done in time.
