I hope Timo Salmi isn't discouraged by the verbal effluent from a few
lazy idiots who do not realize that supplying pointers to references
may answer more questions than were asked.

(I use "effluent" in the A.H.D. "b" sense...for those of you not too
lazy to look it up :-)
