This program doesn't work when the .ZIP file has been archived with
Authentication Verification.  The symptom is that the datestamp comes out
really weird.  I was unable to find the name of the author in the files -
there was no documentation.  Anyone have any ideas, or would someone
voluntter to modify the included source files to work to fix the bug?
