I am looking for an editor that works with PAL but better than the integrated one. Any help would be appreciated. ---- (Bill Yock says:) For a link in editor I use Pal-Edit from Kallista, Inc. (312) 663-0101. Another link in editor you might want to look at is PlayRight Pro, The Burgiss Group, (800) 262-8069. ---- (Neil Parks says:) TPE 2.0 by Turbo Power Software is the one I use. It is versatile and easy to configure. When you install it on your hard disk, you are given a menu of all the available commands, and you can select the keystroke that will activate each command. Defaults are the well-known Wordstar emulation, e.g. Ctrl-QA for search and replace, Ctrl-KB to mark beginning of block, etc etc. Can have about half a dozen files in the ring, either full screen or in separate windows. Very easy to move and copy text within a file or between files. Wide choice of screen color combinations. All in all, a very nice editor for any kind of textfile. And here's the best part--the author gives it away free! Just look for TPE20.ZIP on your friendly neighborhood bulletin board. -- NEIL EDWARD PARKS >INTERNET: ac119@cleveland.freenet.edu (Fidonet) 157/511 (Appleholics) (GT) 22/9 (Akademia)
