The Black Box (Tech Support 412-746-5565) catalog lists 2 and 4 port
Ethernet direct connect transceivers for $225 and $375 respectively.

INMAC (Tech Questions 800-446-6224) has 2, 4, and 15 port transceivers
for $399, $499, and $1195 respectively.
