We were given an IBM 5358 modem.  It's 2400baud, looks like MNP4, hayes
command set, vintage pre 1988.

We need to know basically two things:

	-  What are the dip switch settings?

	-  Is there any way to save/display software config from NVRAM?
		(I'm guessing no NVRAM at all, but thought I'd ask)

If anyone has a manual, I'd like a copy, and will pay postage & copying costs.
