	I've been told that this is a v.32/groupIII fax modem.  Does anyone have
any detailed specs and price/availability information?  I'm particularly
interested in the specification of the software interface, as I'd be connecting
this modem to a host for which there is no fax software, and would therefore
have to write the software necessary to send/receive bitmap images to/from the
modem.  I'd like to know, e.g. whether the modem handles all the
compression/error correction for fax images or whether some of that has to be
done in software.

I will, of course, summarize any email responses I receive.
