Thanks in advance for any information or advice. ------------------------------------------------------- We have a need for an editor to install on our prototype "Black Box" controls to interface to the engineer/programmer. It was suggested that "vi" type editor would be a candidate. Is something available in "shareware" that we could use? SPECS: 1) stripped down vi w/ only basic text functions 2) fits in ~8K bytes 3) can be accessed by terminal emulation PC-VT or equivalent 4) source code in C that we have rights to copy for internal use 5) doesn't cost us much $$ 6) doesn't use complicated UNIX functionality --------------------------------------------------------
