HP Softfont Typeface Numbers

The most complete listing of 1-byte Typeface codes that I have ever seen 
published is found in 

	LaserJet III Technical Reference Manual
	HP p/n 33449-90903

It lists over 150 assignments, including several non-Latin linguistic
groups (e.g. Arabic, Tamil, Hindi), with the promise that more are coming.
Additionally, the manual describes the initial set of 2-byte Typeface values.

BTW, one of your examples is in error:  0=Line Printer
                                        2=Elite
