I guess this is a cue to advertise the 4D visualisation mailing list. 
Around 65 people subscribe to this list, devoted to all aspects of
visualising higher-dimensional objects and concepts.  There is also a
program in C for UNIX and X which will animate various regular 4D
polyhedroids, including an option for red-blue stereo separation.  If
