Message-ID: <16944@chopin.udel.edu> Date: 17 Apr 91 20:59:48 GMT Distribution: na Organization: University of Delaware Lines: 20 I've got alittle problem.. I've compiled a program on my pc with turbo c++, I then uploaded it to the school's unix (sun) and compiled it with g++. It compiled fine, giving a few warnings that were insignificant, and I tried to run it.. (it runs fine on the pc..). when I try to run it, I get a segmentation fault--core dumped error.. I've been trying to use a program called dbx, but I don't really know how to use it.. its not a real complicated program, but its a class project that I need to have work. any help on debugging it would be helpful. I'm not going to post the code, cause its kinda long.. please email... -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- swyatt@udel.edu !!! no disclaimer...I blame everything I say on someone else ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
