Well, I thought I was the ONLY one having this problem, I've found it works
a little more predictably with /Editor Options/Persistent blocks/ turned 
off, but it must be a real problem.  Since I have a clone 286 whenever I
call about a problem, they blame it on my hardware...

If others are experiencing strange behavior with cut/copy/paste or with
mousing the scroll bars crashing the program ( especially in 43 line VGA ), 
send me email and I will compile it ( then I'll link it! ) and send it to 
bugs@borland.com.
