I sure hope it's know.  It drives me crazy, but I'm too lazy to call
Borland ... maybe someday I will.  I have not been able to determine what
causes the cut/paste to quite working, but it can be fixed by selecting and
then de-selecting the "persistent block" feature (I use the word "feature"
loosely :-) ).
