I am using the TEGL toolkit. During the TEGLdemo, you can click on the
trash can and it will expode into a window. I would like to know how this
is done, and if this can be done using the *.con icon files.
If anyone has used this toolkit, please email me or post.

I am trying to go from the ground up in creating a file manager,
task-switcher, program launcher, for experience in how these things really 
work.
