 and don't see it in the libraries, check this file.  We will gladly
 re-upload anything you might need.  You can print it locally or

 However, this listing is NOT GEnie formatted, but a close
 approximation done by my own software.  This file was produced by
 with ARC 5.2 compatability options. Almost anybody should be able to
 use it.

This is a file that will work with the Libmaster system that is used
 in other RTs on GEnie.  It is a dbase III format database, so it
 could be used by other systems too.  However, file # 1934
 LIBMENU1.EXE by CARL.H makes the system real nice.  This file was
 produced by with ARC 5.2 compatability options. Almost anybody
 should be able to use it.

 GNUEmacs LISP code to un-RTF BASIS 15. This is a quick hack from a buddy in
Sweden, not a general utility. Use GNUEmacs to make the RTF- Format BASIS 15
pretty much readable. No guarantees, this is a hairy piece of software to fool
with! Good luck!
