I have a Postscript problem that I am hoping someone on this list
can help me with.  I have created a Postscript font based on Helvetica.
The top 128 characters are defined in the font using bitmaps.
I download the font to the printer and these characters get printed
properly.  What I would like to do is add the uppercase and lowercase
letters from the Helvetica font to my font.  I tried several things
but English letters don't print whereas the characters that I have
defined do print.  Does anyone have any helpful suggestions.
