Regarding a test to see how extra memory helps, I don't know about the
TI PS35, but my first solid indication that I needed more memory on
an HP II was when I scanned a picture that would fill a full 8.5 x 11 inch
page, using Scanning Gallery, then tried the direct print function.
I got a half page of picture!  You might try importing a wordperfect
image like BACKGRND.WPG (it comes with the software -- the name might
not be quite right) and commanding the Figure Box to be 8.5 x 11 inches.
Then see what happens when you try to print it.
