Message-ID: <9104171648.AA25713@crayola.cs.UMD.EDU> Date: 16 Apr 91 06:47:47 GMT Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Organization: Technical University Berlin Lines: 14 Approved: laser-lovers@brillig.umd.edu We purchased a Canon LBP III and are quite fond of it despite the following: We cannot print a sharp s (a german umlaut which resembles a Beta), but ALL other umlauts! An now comes the funniest thing: We could for some days print this character too, but can't anymore! We use the printer connected to the server in a Novell net using netware 2.12. Our software: WordPerfect 5.1 (but we haven't changed the driver...) Thanks for every hint - Thomas Muhr ------- Thomas Muhr, Technical University of Berlin, BITNET: muhrth@db0tui11 Project ATLAS - Computer Based Tools for Qualitative Research "Computers, like every technology, are a vehicle for the transformation of tradition."
