I'm looking for a source Program (C Language) that i can use as an out put
Filter for an "APPLE Laser Writer" Printer (This Printer can print ASCII and
also Post script format Files), The Printer should be connected to a "DEC System5810" Mchine with a RISC Processor but via -and this is the important- 
IP_Server (3COM Server) .
Using the lprsetup Program under Ultrix System generated an out put filter 
/usr/lib/lpdfilters/iplpscomm  NODE %U %H %J
which did't work with this specific type of Printer regarding the specific kind
of Connection (via 3COM Server) as well .

P.S. --------> dealing with the Ultrix lprsetup Program, I answered the Question"printer type" with ---> printserver , and the question: Connection Type with
------> "network" . 

So , for whoever can help me , would you please send me the Source Program 
which can be used as "of" Entry in the /etc/printcap   (i.e. as out put Filter)
and can you tell me how a complete Entry for such a Printer in the /etc/printcap should look like ????????
