Another side effect of the date parsing problem in 6.7.1.  Is the "nodate"
built-in function returns true for all dates.  So in my replcomps the 
following will never display the "pretty{date}":

%<(nodate{date})%{date}%|%(pretty{date})%>

Just FYI, and in hopes that this helps someone solve this mildly annoying bug.
Hopefully, if anyone does have a solution for this they will post it, since
it would appear there may be more than just a few of us who are experiancing
it.
