I'm writing an essay about the problems engendered by the sale of
personal information about individuals -- be it credit information,
consumer information, mailing lists, etc. As part of the project, I'd
like to interview as many information providers as possible. Do you
know of a company that's in the business of reselling personal 
information (other than Equifax, which I'm sure is foremost in most
people's minds right now)? If so, please send e-mail and I may try
to interview them about their business practices.

I'm also interested in getting the text of the proposed EEC rules
regarding distribution of personal information. Again, if you have
a source, please e-mail me.
