Lines: 12 On the same note, is there a list somewhere of the relative merits and advantages of the various 386-C compilers? E.g. WatCom C-386, iNtel 386 Code Builder, Metaware Hi-C, GCC-386, and Zortech? Also, is there a protected mode linker/extender compatible with the new Borland C++? Or is using BC++ inherently impossible with an extender? And what are the advantages of using Rational vs Eclipse vs Phar Lap? This is a lot, but any help is appreciated.
