Why do I lose my TELNET sessions when I switch the DOS box into the
background?  I know why from the TCP/IP end of things, but what is
going on at the OS/2 end to cause this?

Any REMOTE chance there's a version of NCSA TELNET/CUTCP that runs
under OS/2 (preferably in a window)???
