I have just spoke with Moti Ben-Ari and he told me that
as far he knows the Pascal-S is not available from any public domain.

But, recently he published his second book
"Principle of concurrent and distributed programming".
In the book there is a language called Ada-S which
is a simple interpreter for Ada and quit similar to the Pascal-S.

This interpreter can be obtained either from the publishers or by sending
him a mail to: motib@cs.technion.ac.il
