Below is part of an email message from my supervisor requesting that
I look into a program that does this:

> He (dean of the library) wants a program that will enable him to have the 
> rooms 202, and 208 be available for library wide scheduling.
> In other words, any staff could pull up the schedule for those rooms and
> see if there is already a meeting scheduled for that room and if not, they
> could plug themselves into that day and time. 

Does anyone have any ideas, or points in the right direction on this?
