I am looking for a C source list utility that does the following:
    Prints pages with headings (page #, current function, date/time)
    Print line numbers
    Print indention level
    Print lines connecting braces as in

    +-----{
    | +------{
    | |
    | +------}
    +-----}

    Print table of contents of functions in listing
    Print cross reference of C variables

I have found cpr and one other in the comp.sources.unix archives but they
don't do all of the things above (if you have ever used Source Print under
MSDOS from Aldeberan Labs, you know what I want).  Pointers to UNIX source
would be best.
