Oh well, taking it as read that 1.3.3 must be available officially, is it available as an 'upgrade archive' as 1.3.2 was (you could download it from several online systems, the archive held _only_ those files that'd changed for the new release). Releasing 1.3.2 electronically was a very good idea, as it made it easy for people to upgrade to the current release, without having to chase around after dealers.
