  To fix the erroneous type 65 torpedo on Echo II class subs
in Harpoon GIUK, filezap sector 342 of GIUK.dat, search for
hex string 68 0e 68 0b 680d and replace the 0b with 07.  This
substitutes the correct SET-65.
  Thanks to Mark Kyprianou for his useful program dump_harpoon
on ab20 (under /amiga/games/cheats) which encouraged me
to hunt down this problem.

editor, please, please?
