I have been fortunate in picking up a SONY CDU-5002-B CD-ROM reader, and want to know how to interface it to the Amiga 2500. Power is not a problem, there is a lead going from the power supply which has the right conector and voltage. At first I thought I was ging to have no trouble with the interface - it looks like a SCSI inteernal 50 pin, but it is in fact 40 pin. I have a Commodore 2091 controller, will this unit just plug in or do I need some other type of controller? Another problem is the mountlist entry...can anyone suggest anything suitable? As you can see I have NO idea....any help will be much appreciated.
