When you hit the power, hold down the mouse buttons. A menu will come up with an option to boot 2.0 or 1.3 off the hard drive or floppies. When in 1.3, you will not be able to use the System_2.x partition, so I suggest you either make a common partition or just duplicate you special c: programs.
