SKsh 1.6 (better than 1.5) is available from the ftp site at ab20 and
contains all the necessary files.  I don't remember the path name,
but there is a "FILES.Z" file which you can search through to find
it.

 PS - I wonder why people do things like remove files from an archive
      and redistribute it?
