1.  list additions/deletions are up to date, as of now.  At least,
I think so.  Tell me if it seems otherwise to you.

2.  Mail got plugged up here for a couple days, so if you noticed
a dry spell that was why.

3.  I think the news gateway at berkeley might be still saying the
list is at umix instead of at engin, but we seem to be coping with
that OK.  umix is MXed to here, and apollo@umix is aliased to 
apollo@engin for the sites that do not look at MX records.
