Many years have passed since an AppleFest predicted "Apple II Forever". Perhaps they weren't kidding. The Apple IIe was introduced the same year as the original IBM PC. The original PC is no longer manufactured, and in fact no one admits it was ever made. Ahh, if only Woz hadn't been in that plane crash- perhaps he wouldn't have felt the need to teach- perhaps Apple would be a better company for it.
