There is a "back panel adapter box" that connects to the two 12-pin headers
and has a LocalTalk port and a Printer port.  The card allows you access to
printers, fileservers, etc. on the network.  The part number for the adaptor
box is 607-5010.  The manuals (030-3115 & 030-1484) don't give any pin-outs
for the headers.  There is software that comes with it "AppleShare II
Workstation Installer (683-5096).  Maybe with the part numbers, a dealer
can get replacement parts for you.
