Message-ID: <1991Apr18.173138.2122@unicorn.cc.wwu.edu> Date: 18 Apr 91 17:31:38 GMT Organization: Western Washington University, Bellingham Lines: 17 I've noticed some workstation software that requires an access code based on the Ethernet address to run. How is this done? Is it as simple as coming up with a formula based on the Ethernet address and storing it somewhere after they type it in, then comparing? Is there any code available that shows how to do this? --Thanks for any help // *************************************************************** // John Gossman SoftSource (206)676-0999 Phone WWU Math Dept.
