If your running under HP-UX on an hp 9000 your in luck, there is a 
windowing system called TSM (for Terminal Session Manager) that does
just what you want, available directly from HP.

If your not on an HP machine, try contacting Structured Software
Solutions 214-985-9901, they supply the product on various other platforms.
