	I am looking to write a routine on VGA which scrolls part of the screen
but not all of it.  An example might be a smaller window on the screen.  This
is to be done on high resolution color displays on VGA.  I am writing the
program in Turbo C.  I know how to display graphics and use the color pallette,
the only thing I want to know is if it is possible to scroll windows on VGA.

Any information would be appreciated.
