It only appears when the background is a light color (of course). The tech support person at the company I bought it from says that there is a horizontal wire inside the monitor that blocks one scan line. I forgot what he said the wire is for (apeture compensation something or other?). Has anyone else seen this? Does the HG stand for Horizontal Gap? Has this been discussed before?
