It's pretty uneven, some things you can control by clicking on them, others you have to return to the keyboard. I find this a much more enjoyable game by just surrendering to the old Apple II style keyboard pounding techniques. 2 - Experiment with turning the sound off. I find this speeds combat up greatly. The sounds don't seem to be keyed to the results of anything, just the attempts, and some times not even those. Example, a monsters growl doesn't mean he hit you, just that he struck, and some times just that he's there. Both of these commands are hidden two levels down from the DISK main menu command. Hopefully you won't need additional spoilers to find them. :-) All in all I'm enjoying the game, but then I like anchovy on my pizza. -- "If you're not going to kill me, I've got things to do."
