Hi,

a few days ago someone said that the new version (1.8) of Empire Builder had 
been submitted to the stanford and umich FTP sites - as I am absolutely dying
to get my hands on this I was wondering how long I should expect these sites to
take before they make the programs available?  Or have they already been made
available and am I just not looking in the right directories?  Help!  I want
that game!
