Message-ID: <30079@cs.yale.edu> Date: 15 Apr 91 16:46:27 GMT Sender: news@cs.yale.edu Organization: Yale University Computer Science Dept., New Haven, CT 06520-2158 Lines: 16 Nntp-Posting-Host: thumper.cf.cs.yale.edu I have a Mac IIci with an internal FDHD and an external FDHD. I also have an 800K floppy drive that I'd like to attach. It appears that both external drives have a port for connecting another drive, however when I connect the 800K drive to this port on the FDHD it is still not recognized. MacEnvy reports up to three "Sony drives" which I think means floppy drives since both 1 & 2 = FDHD but 3 = None. So I guess the question is, can floppy drives be strung like SCSI devices? If, so, what am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance... --ed -- Edward T.
