Message-ID: <1991Apr15.182734.23879@agate.berkeley.edu> Date: 15 Apr 91 18:27:34 GMT Sender: usenet@agate.berkeley.edu (USENET Administrator) Organization: University of California, Berkeley Lines: 13 Originator: danny@garnet.berkeley.edu Hi there! I'm doing a little test on scanners to determine how much or many greys they can pick up. I have a calibrated 37 step grey scale image that I plan to use for this purpose. What kind of software do you recommend for this purpose? Photoshop has the histogram feature but is kinda vague to use. Any pointers or info will be greatly appreciated!
