Ok, I need some information and I would appreciate as much of it as I can get.
We are currently looking to purchase a Read/Write Optical Disk drive to act
as part of an on-line file server.  The requirements are: 600meg minimum
capacity, ~50 millisecond access time (read), a price no greater than say
$4000 and the ability to be published onto a TOPS network.

The information I am looking for includes recommendations on brands, specific
models, where I can find reviews, and what options are currently available.
I guess anything and everything having to do with optical drives.
