Subject: PICS

  Could someone please send me information regarding the PICS format.
I am trying to create some utilities for MacroMind Director.  All
I've been able to find so far are little burbs saying what PICS is?
What I need are actual file formats.  The software I write will be
totally Public Domain as I know how much it costs to pay for everything else.

Whatever happened to the IIcx line?  They seemed to work fine (and have
no compatibility problems).
